Youth Teams, Family Teams, Adult Teams & Church Teams. All with any kind of work & ministry emphasis desired!

Fees

Per Person-7 Day Trip

Adults-Youth     $225

Children (6-12)  $200

Pre-School (0-5) Free

(A slightly higher fee is

charged for smaller teams)

Fees Include:

Lodging, building materials,

tools for work projects,

VBS Program, media & ministry

equip., coordination of ministries,

and our on site assistance!

General Schedule of Activities

We offer two schedules depending on the size of your mission team.  

Schedule for mission teams of 10 or more team members:

Saturday afternoon  

 5:00pm - Arrive by this time if possible. After arrival and getting settled in we'll have a short welcome and getting oriented meeting.

10:00pm - Quiet on Mission Base Please

Sunday     

 7:30am - Breakfast

  8:15 - 8:45 - Group Worship Time (Optional)

 9:00 -10:00 - Orientation Meeting Session 1 - Cultural Aspects

10:15 -11:15 - Orientation Meeting Session 2 - Ministry Aspects

12:00 -  1:00 - Lunch

            2:00 - Depart to Ministry Site

 2:30 -  4:30 - Evangelism/Invitation Ministry

 5:00 -  7:30 - Community & Vacation Bible School Outreach

            9:00 - Mission Base Entrance Gate Closed

          10:00 - Quiet on Mission Base Please

Monday -Thursday

 7:00 -  7:30 - Breakfast

 7:30 -  7:45 - Chore Time

 7:45 -  8:20 - Devotional Time

 8:20 -  8:30 - Prep for Departure to Ministry Site

            8:30 - Depart to Ministry Site

  9:00 -12:00 - Work Time/Prayer-Visitation Ministry

12:00 -  1:00 - Lunch

  1:00 - 2:00 - Rest & VBS Prep   

  2:00 - 4:00 - Vacation Bible School Outreach

            5:30 - Leave for Evening Ministry (Wed. night only - Optional)

            9:00 - Mission Base Entrance Gate Closed

          10:00 - Quiet on Base Please

Wednesday Evening Notes: (Optional)  Let us know if you'd like to add this evening outreach to your schedule.

 5:00pm - Dinner (best if eaten at a taco stand close to your ministry site as there’s not much time for returning to the Mission Base to eat).

 6:00pm - 8:00pm - Community Outreach.  Children will be taken out and given a shortened version of a VBS.

               10:00pm - Quiet on the Mission Base and in dorms please

Friday - Free Day (If you plan to depart Friday, no problem!  We can do your Debriefing before you leave or Thursday evening)

 8:30am - 9:30am - Debriefing Meeting given by Site Missionary.  This is a special message you'll not want to miss!

 9:30am - 9:00pm - Free day to shop, go to the beach, see some sites, and experience the local culture.  

10:00pm - Quiet on the Mission Base and in dorms please

We also strongly recommend a sharing time among your group before you head for home, sometime during your travels back home, or shortly after returning home (led by your group as you desire).

Note: This is the general schedule we use, however, we are flexible and can easily adjust it to fit your particular interest if needed.

Schedule for mission teams with 9-5 team members:

Note: The schedule follows the same general schedule as above, however with the following modifications:

Note: If you are combined with other smaller teams and the total for combined people is 10 or more, then we'll follow the full schedule above even though your team  might consist of 9 or less.  We'll take the total combined team members to determine the schedule.  This will allow your team to experience the widest range of ministry as possible and make your trip more meaningful!
