Per Person-7 Day Trip

Children (6-12)  $200

Pre-School (0-5) Free

(A slightly higher fee is

charged for smaller teams)

How to Register Your Mission Team

We offer mission trips year around.  However, please contact us first to check on mission trip date availability.

How to register & confirm your mission team spot

Note: If you are a smaller team we would ask your permission to link you up with another smaller team so you can experience the fullest ministry experience options as possible!

What do you anticipate the breakdown of your group being, i.e., how many adults, youth, children and etc?



Dates that have been agreed upon for your mission trip:


Do you understand the fee pricing for the size of Mission Team you plan on bringing?


If your mission team is 10 or more, do you understand that upon receiving this form we will hold your team spot for two weeks until we receive your Team Registration Fee of $250?


If your mission team is 10 or more, do you understand that your Team Registration Fee is non-refundable and is a separate fee from your mission team fees?


If your mission team is 9 or less, do you understand that upon receiving this form we will hold your spot for two weeks until we receive your per person deposit of $100 (non-refundable)?   


Do you understand that 1/2 of your Mission Trip Fees are due one month prior to trip departure and the other 1/2 is due upon arrival in Mexico in the form of U.S. Dollars?


Do you understand that funds brought to Mexico in U.S. Dollars (cash) are used for the purchase of building materials for your work projects and that if this presents a problem you can pay via a check to our stateside address?


What general skills might your group have for work projects?


Do you understand that food and transportation are not included in trip price?


Do you understand that you'll need to bring certain items for your ministries and for your stay at the base while in Mexico (VBS snacks & crafts, Bibles & tracts for ministry and etc)?


Do you understand that you will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, towels, soap, and person items?


Do you want to choose the option of eating meals at the church (highly recommended) you'll be serving at Sunday evening and Monday-Thursday lunches? (A charge of $3.50 per person per meal if this option is chosen please.)


Lastly, do you understand that in order to help out your mission team and make mission trip payments as easy as possible, we are choosing to operate on a "Good Faith Basis".  This means we're not asking for mission trip payments & deposits until close to trip departure and are choosing to trust you to fulfill your commitment to this mission trip.  As a result, will you return the kind gesture in taking seriously your commitment to this mission trip so we're not left with empty dates in our calendar and avoid turning away other interested mission teams who would have come in your spot if you cancel?
