General Schedule While in Mexico
What will your schedule be like while in Mexico?

Here's our general schedule that we follow unless other arrangements are made.

Saturday

          5:00pm    Arrive by this time if at all possible

5:00 - 6:30pm    Get unpacked and settled in

6:30 - 7:00pm    Dinner

7:30 - 8:30pm    Welcome/Getting Oriented Meeting

       10:30pm    Everyone in dorms and quiet please

Sunday

7:30 - 8:00am    Breakfast

8:00 - 8:15am    Chore Time

8:15 - 8:30am    Worship Time (led by your group)

8:30-10:30am    Orientation Meeting of Cultural Aspects & Ministries (given by site missionary)

10:30-12:30am    Ministry Prep (Puppet practice, VBS Prep, etc.)

12:30 - 1:00pm    Lunch at the ministry base

1:00 - 1:30pm    Prep to leave (load up everything for ministries)

         1:30pm    Leave for Evangelism Outreaches

2:00 –  2:30pm    Meet pastor and those helping with Evangelism Outreaches

2:30 –  4:00pm    Evangelism Outreach
             
         5:00pm    Church & VBS Outreaches

          7:30pm    Dinner (prepared by the women of the church)

        10:30pm    Everyone in dorms and quiet please

Monday-Thursday

7:00 - 7:30am    Breakfast (come dressed and ready for the day)

7:30 - 7:45am    Chore Time - Chores are posted on bulletin board. We give the responsibility to the
                          group leaders to oversee chores.

7:45 - 8:30am    Chapel time - Required by everyone, no exceptions please.
                          7:45 - 8:00 - Sing time (led by your group)
                          8:00 - 8:15 - Devotional (led by your group)
                          8:15 - 8:20 - Announcements/prayer

8:20 -  8:30am    Get ready to leave for church

         8:30am    Leave for Church

9:00 -12:00am    Work Projects

9:00 -12:00am    Visitation Outreach

12:00 -  1:00pm    Lunch at church (Prepared by the women from the church)

1:00 -   1:30pm    Rest

1:30 -   2:00pm    VBS Prep

2:00 -   4:00pm    VBS

        10:30pm    Everyone in dorms and quiet please
      
Tuesday or Wednesday Evening

          5:00pm    Dinner

         5:30pm    Leave for evening ministry

6:00 - 9:00pm    Evening ministry

        10:30pm    Everyone in dorms and quiet please

Friday

8:00 - 9:00am    Wrap up chapel
                          8:00 - 8:15 - Sing time (led by your group)
                          8:15 - 9:00 - Wrap up challenge (given by site missionary)

         9:00am    Free day to go to the beach, and experience the local culture.  

                          We also strongly recommend a sharing a debriefing meeting Friday evening, or
                          sometime before returning home.
