| Staying in Contact With Your Loved Ones Back Home |

There are several easy ways to stay in contact with your loved ones back
home.
1. The best way to stay in contact with your loved ones is via your own cell phone. However, in
order to use your cell phone in Mexico, you'll need to make certain to have it preprogrammed prior
to departure. Keep in mind however, that even some preprogrammed cells still don't work in
Mexico. You might want to check this out with your provider to be certain ahead of time.
2. Here's another great option! We have loaner cell phones we offer to you as group leaders for
making and receiving calls with the U.S. & Canada. You can let your group use them as you see fit.
They use prepaid phone cards that can be easily purchased at almost every gas station or store.
3. We also have wireless Internet that is available to the leaders or to whom the leaders give
permission. We ask that it be used for more urgent type situations and not for pleasure.
Also, keep in mind that while on a mission trip communication can be limited. Let your loved ones
know that you might be in contact on a limited basis.
