We offer two schedules depending on the size of your mission team.
Schedule for mission teams of 10 or more team members:
Saturday
5:00pm Arrive by this time if possible. Shortly afterward we’ll have a Welcome Meeting
7:00 – 10:00pm Free Time
9:00pm Mission Base Entry Gate Closed
10:00pm Quiet on the Mission Base and in dorms please
Sunday
7:30 - 8:00am Breakfast
8:00 - 8:15am Chore Time (According to Group Leader’s desire)
8:15 - 9:45am Free time (optional time for your own group worship & etc. if you’d like)
9:00 -10:00am Orientation Meeting Session 1 - Cultural Aspects
10:15 -11:15am Orientation Meeting Session 2 - Ministry Aspects
11:00 -12:00am Free time & Ministry Prep (Puppet practice, VBS Prep., etc.)
12:00 - 1:00pm Lunch
1:00 - 1:45pm Free time and prep for ministries as needed
1:45 - 2:00pm Prep for departure to ministry site (load up everything for ministries)
2:00pm Depart to ministry site
2:30 - 3:00pm Get acquainted with your specially chosen church you’ll be serving with
3:00 - 4:30pm Evangelism Outreach (at your specially chosen church)
5:00pm Community & VBS Outreaches (at your specially chosen church)
7:30pm Dinner (prepared by Mexicans ) (from your specially chosen church)
8:00 -10:00pm Free Time
9:00pm Mission Base entry gate closed
10:00pm Quiet on the Mission Base please
Monday-Thursday
7:00 - 7:30am Breakfast (come dressed and ready for the day)
7:30 - 7:45am Chore Time (According to Group Leader’s desire)
7:45 - 8:15am Chapel time (Led by your group as you desire)
8:15 - 8:30am Prep for departure to ministry site
8:30am Depart to ministry site
9:00 -12:00am Work Projects (participation by about 3/4 of your group)
9:00 -12:00am Visitation Outreach (participation by about 1/4 of your group)
12:00 - 1:00pm Lunch at your ministry site (Prepared by Mexicans)
1:00 - 1:30pm Free time
1:30 - 2:00pm VBS Prep
2:00 - 4:00pm VBS
4:00 – 10:00pm Free time
9:00pm Mission Base entry gate closed
10:00pm Quiet on the Mission Base please
Wednesday Evening (Optional) Let us know if you’d like to add this Outreach to your schedule.
5:00pm Dinner (best if eaten at a taco stand close to your ministry site as there’s not much time
for returning to the Mission Base to eat).
6:00 - 9:00pm Community Outreach
10:00pm Quiet on the Mission Base please
Friday - Free day to shop, go to the beach, see some sites, and experience the local culture.
8:30am Debriefing meeting given by Site Missionary. This is a special time that you'll not want to miss!
9:00pm Mission Base entry gate closed
10:00pm Quiet on the Mission Base and in dorms please
We also strongly recommend a sharing time among your group before you head for home, sometime during your travels back home, or shortly
after returning home (led by Group Leader from your group as they desire).

Note: This is the general schedule we use, however, we are flexible and can easily adjust it to fit your
particular interest if needed.
Schedule for mission teams with 9-5 team members:
Note: The schedule follows the same general schedule as above, however with the following modifications:
* Sunday Afternoon - Evangelism
* Sunday Evening - Church Outreach/Vacation Bible School
* Mon. - Thurs. Mornings – Work Projects, Visitation/Prayer Ministry
* Lunches Mon. - Thurs. – Eaten at your specially chosen church
* Mon. - Thurs. Afternoons – Work Projects, Visitation Prayer Ministry
* Mon. - Thurs. Evenings - Free time
* Wednesday Evening – Optional Church Outreach/Vacation Bible School
* Friday - Debriefing Meeting given by Site Missionary. Balance of day is free time.
* Saturday Morning - Depart for home.
Note: If you are combined with other smaller teams and the total for combined people is 10 or more, then we'll follow the full schedule above even
though your team might consist of 9 or less. We'll take the total combined team members to determine the schedule. This will allow your team to
experience the widest range of ministry as possible and make your trip more meaningful!
