1. Registration, Per Person Deposit, Mission Trip Fees.
Note: Please remember that out of your final mission trip fee payment, we'll need you to
bring with you to Mexico, $100 per person for teams of 20 or more, and $150 per person
for teams of 19 or less in U.S. Dollars (cash). This is used for purchasing
your building materials and etc. Please let us know if this puts a hardship on you.
We'll gladly make other arrangements for you. Click here for a full explanation of why we
ask that at least part of your mission trip fees be brought with you in the form of dollars
to us in Mexico

- Passports - Adults (17 and older) need passport for re-entry into the U.S. Minors (16 and younger need passports, or an original birth certificate
and Photo I.D. are being accepted at this time for re-entry into the U.S.A.
- Tourist Cards? See crossing the border if you choose to get tourist cards
3. Ministry Items Needed For Your Ministries
- V.B.S. Crafts and snacks (5 V.B.S.'s @ 100 per V.B.S. packaged in bags of ten each)
- Two cases of NIV Bibles in Spanish (That have both O.T and N.T.) - Order from: International Bible Society, Tel: 1-800-524-1588 or go to their
website at: www.ibsdirect.com
- 1000 tracks - These can be ordered from the following places:
- Fellowship Tract League - This website offers free tracts (donations are welcome and appropriate) http://www.fellowshiptractleague.
org/spanish.html - Chick Publications, Tel: 909-941-8128, www.chick.com, one of the more popular tracts are, "Esta fue tu vida, This was your life".
- Another website you can order from that is real good is: www.atstracts.org (Go to "Catagory" on the left side of their page, then select
"Spanish"). It is best to order a variety of different tracks. Here are a few we recommend: "Y ... Entonces Que" (And now what), "Iré al
Cielo" (Will I Go to Heaven?), "4 Verdades que Dios Quiere que Sepas" (4 Truths God Wants you to Know) - Make sure you order tracts in Spanish and preferably with a cartoon format.
- Some game equipment for your game time for your VBS's
- A total of 16 testimonies (4 geared for adults, 12 geared for children) Click for more on testimonies
- About 50-75 prizes for children who can say their memory verses for the VBS time. More on VBS prizes
4. Meal Prep
- Meals at church you'll be serving at ($3.50 per meal per person). This is highly recommended.
