What will your schedule be like while in Mexico?
Here's the general schedule we follow for teams consisting of 10 or more Adults/Teens unless
other arrangements are made (for smaller teams, look below). For a detailed schedule, click here
Saturday afternoon
5:00pm - Arrive if possible
After arrival and getting settled in we'll have a short welcome and getting oriented meeting.
Sunday
7:30am - Breakfast
9:00am - Culture & Ministry Orientation Meeting given by site missionary (2 hours)
2:00pm - Evangelism Outreach
5:00pm - Community Outreach & VBS Outreach at the church you'll be serving at for the week
7:30pm - Dinner (prepared by the women of the church you'll serve at)
Monday -Thursday
7:00am - Breakfast
7:45 - 8:15am - Chapel
8:30 - Depart to your ministry site
8:45 -12:00am - Work Projects & Evangelism/Visitation
12:00 - 1:00pm - Lunch (prepared by the women of the church you'll serve at)
1:00 - 2:00pm - Rest & VBS Prep
2:00 - 4:00pm - VBS Outreach
Balance of day is free time. Click here for photos of our lovely beaches
Wednesday Evening
6:00 - 9:00pm - Community Outreach. Children will be taken out and given a shortened version of a VBS.
On the other evenings during the week, this time can be used for rest, group activities, and going to the
beach.
Friday
8:30 - 9:30am - Debriefing meeting given by site missionary. Balance of day is free time to go to the
beach, see some sites, and experience the local culture. We also strongly recommend a sharing time
among your group Friday evening, or sometime before, or shortly after returning home.
If your group plans to leave Friday, we can adjust the debriefing meeting to meet your scheduled
departure. Just let us know.
