Here's the general schedule we follow for teams consisting of 10 or more Adults/Teens unless
other arrangements are made (for smaller teams, look below). For a detailed schedule, click here
Saturday afternoon
5:00pm - Arrive by this time if possible.
After arrival and getting settled in we'll have a short welcome and getting oriented meeting.
Sunday
7:30am - Breakfast
9:00am - Culture & Ministry Orientation Meeting given by site missionary (2 hours)
12:00pm - Lunch
2:00pm - Evangelism Outreach
5:00pm - Community Outreach & VBS Outreach at the church you'll be serving at for the week
7:30pm - Dinner (prepared by the women of the church you'll serve at)
Monday -Thursday
7:00am - Breakfast
7:45am - Chapel Time (Led by your group as you desire)
8:30 - Depart to your ministry site
8:45 -12:00am - Work Projects & Evangelism/Visitation
12:00 - 1:00pm - Lunch (prepared by the women of the church you'll serve at)
1:00 - 2:00pm - Rest & VBS Prep
2:00 - 4:00pm - VBS Outreach

Wednesday Evening (Optional) Let us know if you'd like to add this evening outreach to your schedule.
5:00pm Dinner (best if eaten at a taco stand close to your ministry site as there’s not much time for returning to the Mission Base to eat).
6:00 - 9:00pm - Community Outreach. Children will be taken out and given a shortened version of a VBS.
Thursday Evening
7:30 - 8:30pm - Debriefing meeting given by Site Missionary. This is a special time that you'll not want to miss!
10:30pm Bedtime - Everyone in dorms and quiet please
Friday
Free day to shop, go to the beach, see some sites, and experience the local culture.
We also strongly recommend a sharing time among your group before you head for home, sometime during your travels back home, or
shortly after returning home (led by your group as you desire).

Depart for home
Note: This is the general schedule we use, however, we are flexible and can easily adjust it to fit your
particular interest if needed.

the following modifications:
* Sunday Afternoon - Evangelism
* Sunday Evening - Church Outreach/Scaled down Vacation Bible School
* Mon. - Thurs. Mornings – Work Projects, Visitation/Prayer Ministry
* Lunches Mon. - Thurs. – Eaten at your specially chosen church
* Mon. - Thurs. Afternoons – Work Projects, Visitation Prayer Ministry
* Mon. - Thurs. Evenings - Free time
* Wednesday Evening – Optional Church Outreach/Scaled down Vacation Bible School
* Thurs. Evening - Debriefing Meeting given by Site Missionary.
* Friday - Free Day
* Saturday Morning - Depart for home.
