What general skills might your group have for work projects? What do you anticipate the breakdown of your group being, i.e., how many adults, youth, children and etc? Do you understand that food and transportation are not included in trip price? Do you understand that you'll need to bring certain items for your ministries and for your stay at the base while in Mexico (VBS snacks & crafts, Bibles & tracts for ministry and etc)? Do you understand that upon receiving this form we will hold your dates until your $250 registration fee is received and then notify you via email of your mission trip confirmation? Do you understand that the Registration Fee is $250, is non-refundable, and is a separate fee from your group fees? Do you understand your Mission Trip Fees are not due until your arrival in Mexico? Do you understand our preferred method of paying mission trip fees (1/2 via check and 1/2 via dollars) and is this acceptable to you, or will you need to make other arrangements? Do you understand that you will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, towels, soap, and person items? Do you want to choose the option of eating meals at the church (highly recommended) you'll be serving at Sunday evening and Monday-Thursday lunches? (A charge of $3.50 per person per meal if this option is chosen please) Because we operate on a "Good Faith Basis" and don't ask for your mission trip fees until you arrive in Mexico, would you be willing to consider sending a "Love Offering" in the event you must cancel your mission trip for unforeseen reasons?

Fees for teams of 20 or more (not including Pre-School

Adults/Teens (ages 13 & Older) $225 per person
Children (ages 6 - 12) $200 per person
Pre-school (ages 0-5) Free

Fees for teams of 15-19 (not including Pre-School)

Adults/Teens (ages 13 & Older) $275 per person
Children (ages 6 - 12) $250 per person
Pre-School (ages 0-5) Free

Fees for teams of 10-14 (not including Pre-School

Adults/Teens (ages 13 & Older) $375 per person
Children (ages 6 - 12) $350 per person
Pre-School (ages 0-5) Free

Fees for teams of 5-9 (not including Pre-School)

Adults/Teens (ages 13 & Older) $500 per person
Children (ages 6 - 12) $450 per person

Note: If you are a smaller team and would like to join another
small team, let us know and we'll see about linking you up.

We encourage you to round up some addition friends in
order to form a group of 5 or more!

1. We offer mission trips year around. However,
please contact us first to answer any questions and
confirm the availability of your desired dates.

2. How to register your group (2 easy steps)

and we'll receive your Electronic Registration
Form electronically.

Send us your registration fee of $250 (this is a
separate fee from your group fees that registers
and confirms your mission trip dates). These are
the only funds we ask until your arrival in Mexico.
