(non-refundable) Do you understand that a $50.00 per person deposit is due within 45 days of submitting this form (deposit transferable but non-refundable)? Do you understand that you can continue to add teams members throughout your planning and prep time leading right up until your departure? Following is the payment schedule for paying the balance of your mission trip fees: - Fees to be brought with you to Mexico: $100 per person for teams of 20 or more, and $150 per person for teams of 19 or less, needs to be brought with you to Mexico in the form of U.S. dollars, i.e., cash. and paid to Go Missions to Mexico upon your arrival in Mexico. (This amount is used for the purchase of building materials for your work projects) For a full explanation of why we ask teams to bring part of their mission trip fees in the form of U.S. dollars, please click the link at the bottom of this form. Is this acceptable to you and will bringing down funds for purchasing building materials be a problem for you, or will you need to make other arrangements? - Fees to be paid by check: The remaining balance (less your per person deposit fee and money brought to Mexico for purchasing building materials) is to be paid via check and sent to our U.S. address at least one month prior to your trip departure. Do you understand the above mentioned payment schedules and are they acceptable to you? What general skills might your group have for work projects? Do you understand that food and transportation are not included in trip price? Do you understand that you'll need to bring certain items for your ministries and for your stay at the base while in Mexico (VBS snacks & crafts, Bibles & tracts for ministry and etc)? Do you understand that you will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, towels, soap, and person items? Do you want to choose the option of eating meals at the church (highly recommended) you'll be serving at Sunday evening and Monday-Thursday lunches? (A charge of $3.50 per person per meal if this option is chosen please)

How to Register Your Mission Team

We offer mission trips year around. However, please
contact us first to answer any questions and confirm
availability of desired dates. contact us

How to register & confirm your mission team spot

1. Fill out the Electronic Registration Form Field below, click the
"Submit Button" at the bottom, and we'll receive your Electronic
Registration Form electronically.

2. Send in a Team Registration fee ($250 Non -refundable) to
reserve your team spot. Due two weeks from registration
submission. (Please use this form for paying your Team
Registration Fee)

3. Send in a per person deposit ($50 per person). This is due
within 45 days of registration submission. (this deposit is
transferable but non-refundable) (Please use this form for paying
your Per Person Deposit Fee)

Our Goal Regarding Registration & Mission Trip Fees
To keep fees as low as possible so no one is hindered from going on a mission trip, and to make registration & payment of fees as simple as
possible for your convenience!

What do fees cover?
One of the unique factors that separates "Go Missions to Mexico" from other mission organizations is that we use about 30% of a mission
team's fees for the building materials used for their work projects. As a result, mission teams who serve with us truly make a huge difference
in helping a needy church with their facilities & ministries. Most other mission organizations charge extra for this in addition to mission trip
fees.

Large furnished kitchens for preparing meals
