If your mission team is 9 or less, do you understand that upon receiving this form we will hold your spot for two weeks until we receive your per person deposit of $100 (non-refundable)? Do you understand that 1/2 of your Mission Trip Fees are due one month prior to trip departure and the other 1/2 is due upon arrival in Mexico in the form of U.S. Dollars? Do you understand that funds brought to Mexico in U.S. Dollars (cash) are used for the purchase of building materials for your work projects and that if this presents a problem you can pay via a check to our stateside address? What general skills might your group have for work projects? Do you understand that food and transportation are not included in trip price? Do you understand that you'll need to bring certain items for your ministries and for your stay at the base while in Mexico (VBS snacks & crafts, Bibles & tracts for ministry and etc)? Do you understand that you will need to bring your own sleeping bags, pillows, towels, soap, and person items? Do you want to choose the option of eating meals at the church (highly recommended) you'll be serving at Sunday evening and Monday-Thursday lunches? (A charge of $3.50 per person per meal if this option is chosen please.) Lastly, do you understand that in order to help out your mission team and make mission trip payments as easy as possible, we are choosing to operate on a "Good Faith Basis". This means we're not asking for mission trip payments & deposits until close to trip departure and are choosing to trust you to fulfill your commitment to this mission trip. As a result, will you return the kind gesture in taking seriously your commitment to this mission trip so we're not left with empty dates in our calendar and avoid turning away other interested mission teams who would have come in your spot if you cancel?

How to Register Your Mission Team

We offer mission trips year around. However, please
contact us first to check on mission trip date availability.

How to register & confirm your mission team spot

Online Electronic Registration Form electronically.

2. Registration - Reserving your spot

For teams of 10 or more - Send in a Team Registration
fee of $250 (non-refundable & separate fee from

Our Goal Regarding Registration & Mission Trip Fees

To keep fees as low as possible so no one is hindered from going on a mission trip, and to make registration & payment of fees as simple as
possible for your convenience!

One of the unique factors that separates "Go Missions to Mexico" from other mission organizations is that we use about 30% of a mission
team's fees for the building materials used for their work projects. As a result, mission teams who serve with us truly make a huge
difference in helping a needy church with their facilities & ministries. Most other mission organizations charge extra for this in addition to
mission trip fees.

Tools for work projects
Lodging (large meeting rooms, dining halls, bathrooms, showers, play area, campfire pit & more)!
Large furnished kitchens for preparing meals!
VBS Program
Media Equip.
Ministry items for your ministries (puppets, puppet show scripts and setup, boom boxes, video projector & screen, evangelistic movies, VBS
Bible Story videos), and more!
Coordination of all ministries and work projects! We'll have everything ready when you arrive so you can focus on ministry!
Our on site assistance to guide and help you each step of the way! We'll accompany and assist you throughout your time in Mexico!

Note: If you are a smaller team, we would ask your permission to
link you up with another smaller team so you can experience the
fullest ministry experience options as possible!
