| About the Facilities |
The main ministry base is located
about 4 hours South of San Diego,
CA., in the San Quintín Valley of
Baja California, Mexico. We also
have a smaller ministry base that is
located about 60 miles south of the
main ministry base in a small town
called, "El Rosario. It also has all
the features of the main ministry
base with the exception of size. It
is designed to accommodate
groups with 30 people or less.
The facilities are designed to
accommodate groups, and for
conferences, retreats, and etc.,
for the churches here in Mexico.
The main base has two separate
facility tracts with their own
kitchens, dining halls, meeting
rooms, showers (with hot water),
bathrooms (with flushing toilets),
dorm rooms (with cushions on the
beds), and parking areas.
Because it has two separate
facility tracts, we can host more
than one group at a time which
increases ministry impact and
removes scheduling conflicts.
The bases are clean, fenced in,
and safe. They are located in a
serene setting with close-by
beaches. They provide the
perfect place to retreat to after
a full and rich day of ministry.
While on the bases you will have:
electricity, access to purified
water, hot showers, flushing toilets,
meeting areas, kitchen, dorms,
and play areas. You can feel
secure that your group will be in a
safe, fenced in area with no
threats of any kind. Also, we as
missionaries live on the base and
will be here at all times to
accommodate and help with any
needs and concerns you might
have.
Kitchen & Dining Facilities
The main base has two large
kitchens and dining rooms. Each
kitchen is furnished with pots &
pans for cooking, two refrigerators,
freezer, two stoves, coffee pots
and other misc. items. We
recommend that groups bring
paper products for eating as this
saves time and effort.
Sleeping Accommodations
The mission bases have dorm
rooms that can hold 6 persons per
room. The beds are bunk bed style
and have cushions. You will need
to bring your own sleeping bags
and pillows.
Shower & Bathroom Facilities
The main base has a total of 19
showers and 11 toilets. Each
facility tract has its own bathrooms
and showers. Showers are
individual and private.
The smaller base also has
showers and flushing toilets.
You will need to bring your own
towels, soap, and person items for
showering.
Smaller Ministry Base
The smaller ministry base, located
about 1 1/2 hours farther south than
the main ministry base and is
designed for smaller groups. It is
very Mexican and is quite cozy.
Look to the right for a few pictures of
the smaller ministry base. If you
are a smaller group, we might have
your group serve from there. The
